LQ Commercial accrues 21 Power Broker Awards

LQ Commercial is honored to announce that the company has been named as a 2024 Top Leasing Firm and a Top Sales Firm in Southwest Florida by the CoStar Group, Inc.

Four LQ “Crew” members were acknowledged as overall top producers:

  • Managing Principal, now 23-time winner & only broker in SWFL in 2024 to be honored in multiple categories, Adam Palmer CCIM, SIOR, was named both a Top Sale Broker and a Top Office Leasing Broker
  • Senior Associate, Mike Doyle, CCIM, was named a Top Sale Broker
  • Senior Associate Jessica McEvoy as a Top Retail Leasing Broker
  • Senior Associate Tyler Roberts as a Top Retail Leasing Broker

Only select firms and individuals with the highest commercial real estate transaction volumes are awarded, honoring the industry’s elite for the past 25 years. “I am incredibly proud of our company and the achievements of our brokers in 2024.
