LSI Companies, Inc. brokers 2.5± acre outparcel at Hope Preserve in Fort Myers, FL

Fort Myers, FL  – LSI Companies, Inc. brokered the sale of a 2.5± Acre Outparcel in the Hope Preserve development in Fort Myers, FL for $1,742,400. The property, fronting the primary entrance to the development along Six Mile Cypress Parkway, is planned for medical office use and is located within Hope Preserve, a mixed-use development at the intersection of Six-Mile Cypress and Metro Parkways. The parcel was purchased from Hope Hospice and Community Services, Inc by Hodges Mantz Properties, LLC. The seller was represented by Justin Thibaut, CCIM and Christi Pritchett of LSI Companies, Inc. The purchaser was represented by Jack Liptak of VIP Realty Group.

This closing follows two recent sales brokered by LSI Companies at the hard corner and fronting Metro Parkway. The first parcel consists of 3.71± acres and was sold for $2,100,898. The second parcel consists of 7.06± acres and was sold for $4,878,720.

Other projects planned for Hope Preserve include a new Hope Hospice location and a 124-key hotel with additional retail/office/commercial parcels available. Hope Preserve is located at the NE corner of Metro Parkway and Ben C Pratt/6 Mile Cypress Pkwy. in Fort Myers, FL.
