LSI Companies, Inc. Brokers Two Commercial Outparcels Totaling 10.77± Acres at Hope Preserve

Fort Myers, FL – May 3, 2021 – LSI Companies, Inc. brokered two commercial outparcels totaling 10.77± acres in the Hope Preserve development in Fort Myers, FL for a combined $6,979,618.

The first parcel consists of 3.71± acres and was sold for $2,100,898. The second parcel consists of 7.06± acres and was sold for $4,878,720. Both parcels were purchased from Hope Hospice and Community Services, Inc. The property is located at Hope Preserve C/E, Fort Myers, FL 33912. Both deals were brokered by Justin Thibaut, CCIM and Christi Pritchett of LSI Companies, Inc.

Other projects planned for Hope Preserve include a new Hope Hospice location and a 124-key hotel with additional retail/office/commercial parcels available. Hope Preserve is located at the NE corner of Metro Parkway and Ben C Pratt/6 Mile Cypress Pkwy. in Fort Myers, FL.
