Hailing from the Baltimore and Washington D.C. areas, Mary Lynne has been visiting Naples for the last 32 years and is now a resident of the Moorings community. With a degree in Political Science and Economics from St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Mary Lynne also holds many further qualifications including certificate in Government Affairs from American University and an Interior Design degree from Maryland Institute College of Art.

With 18 years experience in the luxury real estate industry, Mary Lynne is well versed in historic single family residences and possesses a distinctly honed skill set identifying and uniting customers with their ideal choices in architecture, neighborhoods and interior spaces. Her knowledge of unique luxury communities translates well to the exclusive neighborhoods of Naples, which she knows well after decades of travel here.

In 2004, she became a licensed Realtor. For nearly 18 years, Mary Lynne and her team sold hundreds of houses in many historically significant and elegant neighborhoods, topping local sales records. Mary Lynne has been the recipient of the Top Ten Producer Awards in both 2016 & 2018 out of several hundred realtors. Mary Lynne’s clients have a passion for her, and she receives high marks for her integrity, hard work and discretion.
