Max Molloy and Alex Henderson join Fischler Property Company
Fischler Property Company iannounced Max Molloy and Alex Henderson have joined the firm as associates. In their respective roles, Molloy and Henderson focus on the sale of apartments and mobile home communities as well as land for development of multifamily and mixed-use properties. Working together, they serve clients throughout Southwest Florida and along the entire Gulf Coast.

Molloy has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Florida Gulf Coast University. As a licensed real estate agent, he has extensive experience working on a variety of new investment, development and value-added projects, all while providing buyers and sellers with an incomparable competitive advantage. Prior to joining Fischler Property Company, he spent two years at Schooner Bay Realty, Inc. as a commercial real estate agent.
A third-generation Floridian, Molloy possesses the local knowledge that clients look for to make informed and savvy investment decisions. When he is not at work, he is an avid fisherman and outdoor enthusiast.
Also, a Florida Gulf Coast University graduate, Henderson has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management. Upon graduating, he earned a Florida real estate license and began to pursue a career in commercial and residential real estate. A lifelong resident of Southwest Florida, Henderson comes from a long line of successful real estate professionals.
Henderson brings with him many years of successful commercial and residential experience. Most recently, he spent more than four years at Schooner Bay Realty as the director of commercial real estate. Prior to Schooner Bay Realty, Henderson held several key positions with commercial real estate companies, including LSI Companies and Trinity Commercial Group.
Molloy and Henderson are currently pursuing the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), which is recognized as the international gold standard for commercial investment real estate certification. Both are also members of the Real Estate Investment Society (REIS) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).
