Joe Pawlak is the Managing Principal of Technomic’s advisory group, which consists of subject matter experts in a variety of food and related industry disciplines. Joe specifically focuses on: industry trend and channel analysis; market metric and forecast modeling; and implications of these on client companies. In his 30+ year tenure at Technomic, he has worked for wide variety of organizations, from Fortune 50 companies to small, family-owned businesses.
Joe presents at numerous food industry corporate events for manufacturers, distributors, trade associations, financial institutions and restaurant chains and is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry conferences.
