Metro Forecasting Models Appoints Wenyon as Staff Planner

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. – Metro Forecasting Models LLC, a high-tech firm that provides accurate and reliable forecasts for development demand, population growth and housing demand for communities throughout the United States, announced the appointment of James C. Wenyon, MSP, to the position of Staff Planner.

Wenyon is a recent graduate of Florida State University in Tallahassee, with a Master of Science in Planning, specializing in transportation planning. He also received his undergraduate degree in History/Urban and Regional Planning and obtained a Certificate in Emergency Management and Homeland Security from Florida State University.

While attending college, Wenyon served as a GIS and emergency management intern for Leon County. His love of planning and emergency management stemmed from his experience in the Boys Scouts, during which he obtained the rank of Eagle Scout. He is set to receive an Outstanding Student Award at this year’s Florida APA Conference for his GIS and emergency management work for the Ringling Circus Museum in Sarasota.
