Metro Forecasting Models Relocates to Larger, More Advanced Facilities in Bonita Springs

Metro Forecasting Models, a high-tech firm that provides accurate and reliable forecasts for development demand, population growth and housing demand for communities nationwide, announced that it has relocated to newly constructed offices located at 9410 Fountain Medical Ct., Suite 103, in Bonita Springs.

The new offices are nearly twice the size of the firm’s previous space, providing ample room for its five current employees and possible future growth. The workspace was customized with the latest technology, including LED lighting, an enhanced data room and separate Internet connections in each employee office. The design also helps conform to new federal guidelines about returning to office spaces after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Farmer, AICP, PE, a principal in Metro Forecasting Models. “And since we were involved in the construction, we were able to think them through in different ways and customize them to address employees’ comfort while maintaining productivity.”
