MJ Development Southeast Hosts Pre-Grand Opening for The Reef at Winkler
FORT MYERS, Fla. (Oct. 27, 2020) — MJ Development Southeast has announced that the region’s first-ever luxury, smart community is almost complete. On October 16th, the company hosted a pre-grand opening event for The Reef at Winkler. Matt Valentine, Partner, honored the project suppliers and subcontractors for their contribution to this project.
The Reef at Winkler offers four, four-story buildings, totaling 160 units. The apartment community is located at the corner of Schoolhouse Road and Winkler Ave. and will have numerous resort-style amenities, including a state-of-the-art clubhouse, beach-entry pool, splash pad, barbecue pits, Zen garden and much more. As the first community in the United States to collaborate with Amazon for unique and personal automation experiences for each resident, The Reef at Winkler has officially opened for pre-leasing.

The pre-grand opening event consisted of catered food, a DJ, ice cream truck and raffle prizes donated by multiple project vendors. Guests were also able to tour the first finished unit.
