Morris-Depew hires Schleifer as Assistant Planner

Bailey Schleifer

Fort Myers, FL. — Bailey Schleifer joins the Morris-Depew Associates team, bringing his skills as an Assistant Planner to one of the top consulting firms in the state.

Hailing from Cleveland, Ohio, Schleifer officially begins his professional career after graduating from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, with a degree in Urban and Regional Planning. He gained valuable experience interning for two private real estate developers in Cleveland and working on a comprehensive redevelopment project for the Lindenwald area in Hamilton, Ohio.

“I am passionate about making a positive impact on Morris-Depew,” Schleifer said. “I am most excited about the final result of my planning work because it’s tangible, and I can watch the properties change and evolve over time.”

Schleifer will assist in Morris-Depew’s innovative approach to forward-thinking results in helping clients thrive.

“We are excited to have Bailey join our team and look forward to using his skills to help enhance the performance of our company and our clients,” Morris-Depew President Bill Morris said.

In his spare time, the adventurous Schleifer loves to sail and play the drums. His To-Do list includes visiting the Great Pyramids and – one day – seeing his beloved Cleveland Browns play in the Super Bowl.
