Naples based ADG4 expands Construction Management and Consulting Capabilities to assist Community Post Hurricane

NAPLES, FL. – ADG4, a Naples-based real estate management and owner representation company, announced that it has expanded its local construction management and consulting capabilities with the recent appointment of James W. Frazitta to the newly created position of Property Manager and Business Development Manager.

Frazitta brings more than 10 years of experience within various complex operations with high-end customer service and productivity expectations, including managing marina operations for municipalities and private yacht clubs. He will help large residential and commercial clients navigate the complex rebuilding process following Hurricane Ian.

“Parts of our community were devastated following the hurricane and clients are having difficulty in maneuvering through the federal, state and local rules and regulations as they relate to repairing or completely rebuilding their properties,” said Zahra Antaramian, Field Operations Director for ADG4. “This includes private country clubs, golf course communities, condominium associations and commercial properties all along the coast.”

Frazitta adds to the firm’s extensive knowledge in property management, customer and vendor relations, leadership, project management, contract negotiation, procurement, facility management, operational budgeting and creative problem solving.

Frazitta is a graduate of Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts – Creative Writing. He received his MBA from Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont, earning a certificate in Leadership.
