Nelson Taylor awarded CRE designation
Nelson Taylor of LSI Companies, Fort Myers bhas been awarded the CRE (Counselor of Real Estate) designation by The Counselors of Real Estate, a global organization of commercial property advisors.
Taylor is the Vice President of Market Research and Appraiser for LSI Companies, where he leads market analytics for residential and commercial properties across Southwest Florida. With more than 16 years of real estate experience spanning a broad range of commercial property types, he has appraised over $2.0 billion in asset value in 57 of Florida’s 67 counties. Taylor specializes in developing market-based solutions for complex real estate challenges, supporting strategic asset management, investment analysis, portfolio valuation, and litigation. He is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Real Estate and the University of Denver with a master’s degree in Real Estate.

Only 1,000 real estate professionals hold the CRE credential. Counselors reside in 22 countries, practice in many more, and offer expertise in 60 real estate disciplines across all asset classes. Membership is selective and extended by invitation, although commercial real estate practitioners with at least 10 years of proven experience may apply. Members of The Counselors of Real Estate®, which was established in 1953, are from leading real estate and appraisal firms, as well as real property experts in corporate and institutional real estate, finance, law, academia, and government.
