Oasis Club reimagined in Del Webb Naples

Del Webb recently completed a comprehensive refresh of the Oasis Club, the heart of the active and social lifestyle at Del Webb Naples, Collier County’s 2023 Community of the Year in Ave Maria.

“Del Webb Naples’ upgraded amenities build on the vibrant lifestyle we provide for our residents through a variety of programs,” said Hailey Lukosavich lifestyle director for Del Webb Naples. “The Oasis Club is a favorite among current residents, and its refresh provides even more opportunities for resort-style living.”

Extensive enhancements include bringing in professional designer Kathleen Leuter with Interwork Architects to reimagine the space including all new interior and exterior paint palettes, new furniture and artwork, and upgraded cardio equipment in the fitness center. One of two clubhouses in the over-55 community, the 12,000-square-foot Oasis Club offers craft and community rooms, a catering kitchen, library, café, fitness center and movement studio, plus extensive outdoor amenities.

“The Oasis Club is the heart of Del Webb Naples and a vibrant, active club offering social events, activities, health, wellness and a resort lifestyle,” said Josh Graeve, president for PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida Division. “This update will introduce a modern new look and lighter, brighter spaces reflecting the vibrancy and vitality of the community. Residents are already loving the improvements.”

The renovation included both interior and outdoor areas with stylish and comfortable furniture selections for the grand foyer and library, four new poker tables in the community room and two new barbecue grills in alfresco spaces. The detailed project also included fresh paint for walls, ceilings and trim work throughout the club; new countertops in the catering kitchen, craft room, café hallway and reception desk; new carpeting for the community room, grand foyer and fitness center; and new lighting fixtures for brighter spaces inside and outside of the club. The flooring in the movement studio was also replaced.

The modern exterior color scheme for the Oasis Club translates to the pool area and neighboring Grand Hall, Del Webb Naples’ second clubhouse.

Created for adults 55+ who seek an engaging active, social and leisurely lifestyle, the retirement community boasts Southwest Florida’s largest Del Webb amenity campus. The Oasis Club also offers an 8,000-square-foot resort-style pool and spa, separate three-lane lap pool, a firepit lounge as well as 18 sports courts for pickleball, bocce ball and tennis, an amphitheater and community garden. With 12 pickleball courts, Del Webb Naples is known for its robust program.
