Olde Florida Motorcoach & RV Resort breaks ground on new public grill & rally center

Olde Florida Motorcoach & RV Resort will officially break ground on its 10,000 sq. ft. Grill & Rally Center on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 11 am. The ceremony will take place onsite at the resort and will be followed by a reception featuring heavy hors d’oeuvres from 12 to 2 pm.

This new development marks a significant expansion for the resort and introduces a dynamic, multi-purpose venue that will be open to the public for special occasions, creating a new destination in the LaBelle community and greater Southwest Florida region.

The Grill & Rally Center is designed to host a wide range of experiences—from private celebrations and corporate functions to rallies and community gatherings, positioning Olde Florida as both a premier resort destination and a regional hub for connection and entertainment.

“This groundbreaking represents more than just a new building, it’s an investment in experience, community, and the future of this region,” said Scott Wagner, Managing Partner of Olde Florida Motorcoach & RV Resort. “We are creating a space that welcomes not only our guests but the public as well. One where people can come together, celebrate, and build meaningful connections.”

The addition of the Grill & Rally Center is part of a broader vision to expand Olde Florida’s footprint as a lifestyle destination that blends hospitality, recreation, and community engagement.

Looking ahead, the next phase of development will introduce two highly anticipated additions: the Olde Florida Waterpark and the LaBelle Diner, both expected to open in early 2027. These future offerings will further enhance the resort’s appeal and bring new energy, tourism, and economic opportunity to the region.
