Oravec Joins Cypress Cove Marketing Team
(Fort Myers, FL – November 23, 2020) – Maureen Oravec has been named Retirement Counselor for Cypress Cove where she will be building membership at the Life Plan community’s soon-to-be-built luxurious 12-acre HealthPark Florida neighborhood, The Oaks at Cypress Cove.
She has worked in the Southwest Florida senior living and home care industry since 1988 and brings to Cypress Cove an integral background for successfully leading start-up operations at six new regional retirement communities. Most recently, she worked as a sales consultant to a new Estero facility.
While working out of The Oaks Welcome Center at the northwest corner of Bass and Summerlin Roads, she will be primarily hosting sales and marketing efforts for The Oaks at Cypress Cove which will feature 72 spacious two-bedroom apartment homes and 10 luxury three-bedroom lakeside villas, ranging in sizes from 1,400 to 2,396 square feet.
Over her years in Southwest Florida, Ms. Oravec has served as a board member of Meals on Wheels, CAMEO, the Friendship Center Senior Hunger Task Force, the Area Agency on Aging Elder Abuse Task Force and as a co-founder of a volunteer agency serving underprivileged seniors.
She expressed her excitement to become part of The Oaks at Cypress Cove project. “Being part of providing innovative senior living that is fulfilling and purposefully inspired by forward-thinking clients aligns with my personal goals,” she said. The new community will feature innovative new smart technologies that bring a new level of convenience, concierge, and connection to help resident maintain a higher level of wellness and independence.
