Pamela Chiavetta Joins RealtyQuest Inc. as Talent Acquisition Specialist

NAPLES, Fla. – RealtyQuest Inc., South Florida’s premier, full-service real estate company, today announced the addition of Pamela Chiavetta as its Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, she will assist with day-to-day recruiting functions by sourcing and securing new talent, developing marketing materials, and managing the interview process for potential candidates.

“I am excited to join an organization that stands above the rest in the Real Estate Market in Southwestern Florida,” said Chiavetta. “As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I’m eager to utilize my previous experiences and established skillset to help build a diverse and talented group of individuals at RealtyQuest, and continue its culture of success and growth.”

Chiavetta received her Florida Real Estate License in 2020 and was a self-employed real estate agent before joining RealtyQuest. In this role, she assisted home buyers in finding their dream homes. Prior to that, Chiavetta owned and managed a massage therapy business. As a business owner, she not only utilized her more than 17 years of massage therapy experience but also gained valuable customer service, sales, marketing, business development and negotiation skills.

Chiavetta will split her time among the three RealtyQuest offices located in Naples, Bonita Springs, and Ft. Myers.

As an Ft. Myers resident, Chiavetta is an active community member. She is involved in the Leadership Academy with the Bonita Estero Board of Realtors. Previously, Chiavetta donated her massage therapy services to the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society to help patients suffering from MS and the Prestige Club, where she helped families that have children diagnosed with different birth defects and diseases.
