Paraíso Beach Club advances development amid strong early membership growth

Paraíso Beach Club, a private beachfront destination redefining luxury in Naples, has completed the acquisition of its development site, marking a major milestone for the project.

The club has secured 200 feet of beachfront property on Vanderbilt Beach and has received full approval of its site development permit. With these approvals in place, Paraíso is positioned to begin construction in the near term. PCL Construction has been engaged as the project’s construction partner and is aligned with the development timeline as preparations for groundbreaking move forward.

With a groundbreaking celebration anticipated in the coming months, members will be invited to mark the start of construction and the next phase of the club’s development.
