Pavese Law Firm welcomes two new Members

FORT MYERS, Fla.  – Pavese Law Firm is pleased to announce recent law school graduates Brett G. Bleier and Luke L. Kane have joined the firm.

Bleier is a member of the firm’s condominium & homeowners/transactional law group. His practice will encompass a broad range of matters including enforcement of document

restrictions, protecting and defending the association’s interest in its property and governing documents, simple sales agreements, and complex contract negotiations.

Bleier studied International Relations at the James Madison College of Michigan State University. After graduating, he moved to Naples where he began law school at Ave Maria School of Law. While attending law school, Bleier served as an Associate Editor, and later Senior Editor, for the school’s Law Review Journal. He received his Juris Doctorate degree after graduating magna cum laude. 

He enjoys golf, movies, and going to the beach.

Kane is a member of the firm’s litigation group where he will be representing clients in a wide range of civil litigation and business law matters.

Kane graduated from Florida State University, cum laude, with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in communications. While attending law school, Kane served as a staff editor for the Florida State University Business Review, treasurer for the Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Society, and a teaching assistant with the FSU Juris Master’s Program. He also earned a book award in his War class.

Kane was raised in Southwest Florida and attended St. Francis Xavier and Bishop Verot Catholic High School.

He enjoys playing golf, running, and spending time with his girlfriend, Allison.
