PBS Contractors Begins the Woodruff Institute Construction Projects

NAPLES, FLORIDA, : PBS Contractors begins construction for The Woodruff Institute for Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery’s new Bonita Springs location and Naples Bayfront expansion. The Woodruff Institute is committed to providing patients in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Fort Myers with the most up-to-date medical technology.

The new Bonita Springs office is in collaboration with Natasha Pereira Interior Design and MHK Architecture. The scope of work includes several exam rooms with high-end finishes, employee offices, a top-notch breakroom, an accommodating waiting room, and an esthetician room.

The Naples Bayfront expansion includes an additional six exam rooms, an employee workstation, a call center, and a lab room. The project’s design partners are MHK Architecture and Wegman Design Group.

Since 2004, The Woodruff Institute for Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery’s mission is to provide the highest quality medical care to the people of Southwest Florida. Patient care and service are the priority of their physicians and staff. The state-of-the-art dermatology office provides services ranging from medical dermatology, Mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology, laser treatments, body contouring, and skin care and spa services.

Commencing of the construction signifies the third and fourth commercial projects in collaboration with The Woodruff Institute. In 2021, PBS Contractors completed the major renovation of The Woodruff Institute for Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery’s Naples Bayfront office, which won a CBIA Sand Dollar Award, and in 2022, PBS completed the Bonita Springs/Estero office.
