PUNTA GORDA, Fla. — PDS Architecture has completed the design of the exterior and interior of Paradise Pointe — the first luxury condominium community in Punta Gorda in over 10 years. Despite the COVID pandemic, the team completed this project, from plan to permit, in approximately six months.
