Wood Christie’s International Real Estate, the leading real estate brokerage in Southwest Florida, today announced that President and CEO Phil Wood has been honored on the 2023 Swanepoel Power 200 list (SP 200), the annual ranking of the residential brokerage industry’s most influential leaders.
Wood oversees the three-generation family-owned firm, established in 1958. Today, John R. Wood is the oldest active brokerage firm in Southwest Florida, and the leading firm by sales volume*. The multi-billion-dollar company joined the Christie’s International Real Estate network in September 2022. Wood broke into the list for the first time this year, coming in at #134.
