Preferred Travel & Company promotes Andrea White

Preferred Travel & Company announced the promotion of Andrea White to director of marketing and communications.

White, who joined the company in 2023 as brand & engagement manager, will now oversee the development and execution of all companywide marketing strategies, enhance media coverage and lead large-scale event planning. Her new position will expand these responsibilities.

“Andrea has brought a fresh perspective and marketing expertise to our agency,” said Olga Placeres, president, and CFO of Preferred Travel & Company. “We are looking forward to seeing the positive impact of her contributions as we embark on the next chapter of our journey.”

White has experience from her previous role as the owner of a creative agency in Portland, OR. There, she developed community engagement strategies, managed client events and used analytics to refine marketing approaches. White holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations from Florida Gulf Coast University.
