Priority Marketing hires Cody Gandy as multimedia specialist
FORT MYERS, Fla. – Priority Marketing has added Cody Gandy as a multimedia specialist focused on helping clients tell their stories through video.
In this role, Gandy is responsible for producing, filming and editing high-quality videos and commercials from concept through completion, managing all technical aspects of video production, which include lighting, sound, backgrounds and effects. Priority Marketing’s in-house video production team provides concepting, scriptwriting, filming, directing, editing and production, animation, motion graphics and more.
Additionally, Gandy collaborates with the firm’s public relations department to conduct interviews, film and edit videos for use by television and online media. He also creates reels, stories and short videos for clients’ social media pages.
Before joining Priority Marketing, Gandy was an audiovisual production and public affairs specialist with the U.S. Air Force’s department of public affairs. He was responsible for video production, marketing for internal and external communication efforts, script writing and studio operations, as well as content generation, writing, photography, community relations, media engagement and strategic communications.
Gandy studied communications at Thomas Edison State University and completed a course diploma in mass communications foundations through the U.S. Department of Defense’s Defense Information School.
