Pulte Homes unveils plans for Cassia Bay
PulteGroup, one of the nation’s most recognized and trusted new homebuilders for 70 years, has closed on the land for a new Pulte Homes-branded community in Punta Gorda, Cassia Bay. The gated neighborhood, off Burnt Store Road, will offer 222 single-family homes and an amenity campus. Prices are expected to start in the upper $200,000s.
“Cassia Bay offers brand new homes with low monthly payments in a location close to the water and to the Punta Gorda airport.” said Josh Graeve, president of PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida Division. “We are excited to introduce new homebuying options in Punta Gorda, which is well known for its charm.”
Pulte’s new-construction homes in Cassia Bay will boast three to four bedrooms, two and three baths and 1,256 to 2,703 square feet under air. Spacious modern open floor plans cater to a variety of lifestyles, have two- and three-car garages and offer flexible options for personalization. Additional details and model homes will be announced soon.
Residents can take advantage of the community’s low fees, location and absence of CDD fees. They’ll also enjoy Cassia Bay’s amenities, including a pool and cabana building, fitness center and two pickleball courts.
