PulteGroup garners top honors at 2020 Lee BIA Industry Awards

Located on the first floor of the Walden Center headquarters in Bonita Springs, PulteGroup’s award-winning 3,095-square-foot design center’s open and airy layout encourages exploration and discovery.

FORT MYERS, Fla. (Feb. 1, 2021) – PulteGroup’s Design Center in Bonita Springs and corporate Pulte Homes Build Quality video received top honors at the 2020 Lee Building Industry Association’s annual gala that recognizes excellence in marketing, design, construction and sales.

The PulteGroup Design Center in Bonita Springs earned a Pinnacle Award for Best Design Center over 2,500 square feet. Since its unveiling in the Walden Center headquarters, the Design Center has sparked inspiration in homebuyers who are purchasing new homes in the company’s Pulte Homes, Del Webb, and DiVosta communities throughout Southwest Florida. The design center’s 3,095-square-foot open and airy layout encourages exploration and discovery of kitchen and bath vignettes that blend the latest offerings in flooring, countertops, cabinetry and other home finishes.

Selection areas in the design center allow homebuyers to narrow down choices and test combinations of materials, including iridescent backsplashes, sparkling quartz countertops and gleaming hardware and fittings. The space is designed to accommodate multiple design sessions.

Outdoor living areas are also highlighted, showcasing paver selections and patterns to enhance lanais and pool surrounds. Once homebuyers have selected their homesite and floor plan, they are invited to begin creating a personalized home that brings their own unique design style to life in their new Pulte Homes, Del Webb or DiVosta neighborhood.
