Quarles & Brady Names Davis as Naples Office Managing Partner

The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Kelly Lyon Davis, a partner in the Labor & Employment practice group, has been selected as the new Naples Office Managing Partner. In this role, Davis will oversee day-to-day management, implement operating and strategic plans, manage budgets, and represent the office within the community.

Davis succeeds T. Robert Bulloch, who became Office Managing Partner in 2011. Bulloch will continue to serve as a partner in the firm’s Estate, Trust & Wealth Preservation practice group.

Davis practices in all areas of labor and employment law, helping employers manage their workforces. This includes employment-related litigation and counseling of employee-related matters such as investigating and defending discrimination and harassment charges and lawsuits, providing workplace training for employees and supervisors on a variety of topics like sexual harassment, anti-bullying, respect and professionalism in the workplace, good documentation practices, discipline, and FLSA compliance, and litigating wage and hour collective actions.

An active member of the firm’s initiatives, Davis is the current Naples office chair of the Women’s Forum, which provides mentorship to younger female attorneys and creates and hosts programs on professional and career development topics for women in the Naples community. She also is the past chairperson of Quarles Cares, where she actively organized community volunteer events for the firm throughout Naples and Collier County.

Davis has earned numerous accolades, including being named a 2019 “Leader in the Law” by the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She also was recently included in Naples Illustrated’s 2019 list of Top Lawyers based on research conducted through an online per-review survey of lawyers in Collier and Lee counties. In 2014, she was honored as one of Gulfshore Business magazine’s “40-Under-40” business professionals and, in 2015, she was named a Business Observer “40-Under-40” for the region from Tampa to Marco Island.

Davis has received the prestigious AV Preeminent® peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was listed in Florida Super Lawyers® – Rising Stars (2009-2018).
