Quarles & Brady Welcomes New Class of Partners in Naples Office

The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced today that it has elected 11 new partners, effective October 1.

Pamela Lundborg is part of the Business Law Practice Group in the Naples, Fla., office. She represents clients throughout the entire mergers and acquisitions (M&A) process, including planning, due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and coordinating the closing process. Lundborg also advises both public and private corporate clients on all aspects of commercial transactions, including contracts, business operations, corporate succession planning, lending and financing issues, and asset protection. She obtained both her B.S. and J.D. from Syracuse University.
