SANIBEL CAPTIVA BEACH RESORTS EXPANDS ROLE OF MICHELE BERGER TO GENERAL MANAGER OF WEST WIND INN
CAPTIVA ISLAND, Fla. (June, 2020) – Sanibel Captiva Beach Resorts announced today the promotion of Michele Berger to the role of General Manager of West Wind Inn. Currently, Berger serves as General Manager of ‘Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa. Berger will oversee operations at both resorts — among the top-rated on Sanibel and Captiva Islands — with an emphasis in staff management and guest satisfaction.
Berger brings a significant amount of experience and wide-ranging skills to West Wind Inn. Prior to joining SCBR, she excelled with 20 years of retail and hospitality experience. Berger will supervise daily operations across many different aspects at both resorts, focusing on nurturing a knowledgeable and customer-centric staff, continuing guest satisfaction and committing to the needs of future travelers.
