Sanibel Captiva Community Bank announces Linda Culotta as senior loan officer

Linda Culotta has joined Sanibel Captiva Community Bank as a senior loan officer. Working in both Bonita Springs and Naples, her primary responsibility is to expand the bank’s lending footprint in those markets.

Culotta brings a wealth of lending experience to the bank with over 18 years specializing in mortgage financing. Before joining Sanibel Captiva Community Bank, she was a loan officer for Lake Michigan Credit Union in Bonita Springs and Naples. As the first Florida employee of Lake Michigan Credit Union she helped establish key relationships with Southwest Florida realtors, builders, attorneys and title companies. Originally from Illinois, Culotta worked for several mortgage lending firms, including Lynmar Lending Group, Guaranteed Rate and Prism Mortgage.

Since relocating to Southwest Florida in 2015, Culotta has been active in the community volunteering as a Naples Blue Zones Project advocate, holding leadership roles in Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida, serving on the board of the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of REALTORS and founding Polka Dot Powerhouse, a Naples women’s networking organization.

“We are excited to have someone as seasoned as Linda join our team in the Bonita Springs and Naples markets,” said David Wright, senior vice president, residential lending. “Linda’s extensive experience and highly personalized service will be a fantastic resource for the bank as we continue to grow.”
