Seagate announces Boca Vista Harbor Condos construction repair project

Seagate Development Group has initiated work for the construction repair of Boca Vista Harbor condominiums in Placida from Hurricane Ian damage. This Charlotte County project covers extensive repairs on five different five-story condo buildings encompassing 100 total condo units.

Construction repair work recently began for the first phase, with an estimated project completion in early 2025 and project budget of $3.6 million. The work includes repair and replacement of stucco, soffit, fascia, gutters, standing seam roof, deco shutters, vents, paint and caulking.

Seagate Development Group has subsequent phases of work in the planning process, including ensuring watertight integrity across all five buildings and undertaking miscellaneous repairs related to the age of the buildings.
