Seagate Announces New Information on Upcoming Palisades Community

NAPLES, Fla. — Seagate Development Group will break ground on Palisades – an upcoming 12-acre luxury residential community on Yarberry Lane in north Naples – this fall. It will feature 25 single-family custom homes and six custom floor plans.

Palisades will reflect Seagate’s Windward Isle – a nearby community with only four of 28 custom homes still under construction – in terms of customization and highly amenitized location. It will be in proximity to Mercato, Waterside Shops, The Ritz-Carlton at Vanderbilt Beach and Tiburon Golf Club, Clam Pass Park, Vanderbilt Beach, The Club at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, as well as many more first-class destinations.
