Seneca at Oak Creek announces on-site management team

NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. – Sage Communities has announced the on-site management team for Seneca at Oak Creek, the development company’s first 55+ rental community in Southwest Florida.

Four hires include Nichole Vannatter, wellness and activities director; Kathi Osborne, property manager; John Adamsky, maintenance manager; and Alexis Lee, leasing agent.

As wellness and activities director, Vannatter is responsible for establishing a dynamic fitness and social program that allows all residents to take advantage of the community’s active lifestyle. She previously was a group fitness instructor, designing and instructing classes that included stretch, strength, balance, internal style, Barre and Pilates, as well as a personal trainer to develop customized fitness plans based on age, ability, medical considerations and goals. Vannatter also was a fitness coordinator at The Forest Country Club.

As property manager, Osborne helps enhance the community’s lifestyle while also processing monthly rent payments, maintenance requests and other tenant needs. She has over 30 years of property management experience, including several years in senior living. She previously was owner relations manager for South Seas Resort, managing a portfolio of 65 individually owned luxury vacation rentals. Osborne also has experience as a senior sales director for Sherrill Hills Retirement Resort, property manager for BW Properties and YES Communities, marketing director for Courtyards at Briarcliff Assisted Living and Memory Care, and property and sales manager for Realtor.

As maintenance manager, Adamsky establishes a schedule for routine maintenance of apartment units, common areas and grounds while responding to requests for service, including emergency repairs. Previously, he was maintenance technician at Sanibel-Captiva Island Vacation Rentals, where he inspected and maintained rental properties to ensure safety and comfort for guests. Adamsky also was a maintenance technician for Rudolph Realty, maintenance and transport technician for Christ’s Home Retirement Community, and auto mechanic for Reedman Toll Auto World.

As leasing agent, Lee offers one-on-one community and apartment tours, and also handles tenant applications, leasing documents and deposits. She previously was a server at Texas Roadhouse and beverage cart attendant at The Forest Country Club. Before moving to Southwest Florida, Lee was a server at Alpine Country Club, beverage cart attendant at Turnberry Golf Club, crew member at Chipotle and sales representative for Swing King.

Seneca at Oak Creek is a 55+ resort style, maintenance-free rental community nearing completion in North Fort Myers.
