Senior Advocacy Group welcomes accomplished senior care leader
Fiduciary Care announces the appointment of Tracy Brady as a client care director of Senior Advocacy Group. Brady brings more than two decades of experience in senior care, healthcare services and community engagement to the organization.
In her new role, Brady will help lead client-centered advocacy efforts, oversee care coordination and support families navigating complex legal, healthcare, housing and life transitions, further advancing Senior Advocacy Group’s mission to provide clarity, protection and peace of mind to vulnerable adults and those who care for them.
Her professional background includes executive leadership roles with nationally recognized organizations providing senior home care services, where she drove market expansion and delivered sustained growth for the firms. In addition to strategic growth initiatives, she is widely recognized for excellence in community engagement and event leadership. She has directed educational programming at senior centers throughout Connecticut and organized professional speaker series on topics such as Veterans’ Benefits, Elder Law, Medicare and wound care.
Her leadership also extends to training, workforce development and program innovation. Brady has designed and implemented dementia care training programs, served as a dementia training specialist for Stone Academy’s CNA program, and supervised multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with individualized care plans and regulatory standards. She also created and launched the Family Assistance Program for Weichert Relocation Resources, later adopted by Fortune 500 companies including Unilever and Bayer Corporation.
A dedicated community advocate, Brady is the co-founder of Friends of Newtown Seniors, a nonprofit supporting older adults in partnership with AARP Livable Communities and serves as co-chair of the Health and Wellness Committee for the Naples Woman’s Club, where she introduced “HER Talks,” a signature monthly program focused on women’s health, empowerment and resilience.
She holds a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) credential from the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Sociology from Western Connecticut State University.
“We couldn’t be more excited to have Tracy Brady join our organization,” said Linda Flores, COO and co-founder of Senior Advocacy Group. “Her background, experience and heart for this work align seamlessly with our mission, and we are confident she will make an immediate and lasting impact to our team and the communities we serve.”
