In the wake of Hurricane Ian, we want you to share your successes and struggles as you, your family and your business move forward after Hurricane Ian—with us and with your fellow Southwest Florida business community members.
There is no charge for these guest column submissions. They run on a space-available basis. Please email them to editor@swfloridabusinesstoday.com. If we are unable to run your submission in this issue, we will do our best to run it in the December issue, which is our annual “Looking Back, Looking Ahead” edition, so your submission is also a good fit there. The submission should be around and 300 words. Deadline for editorial content, ad proof and space reservations is 5pm F 10/14. You may also submit a few photos (no web photos, please), and we will do our best to publish one.
I want to run as many of these stories as possible, and as always, ad revenue is what pays for editorial content. If your business was not as negatively impacted by Hurricane Ian as those many businesses that were, I invite you to become a Hurricane Ian Survivor Story Sponsor. I will then take 10% of our total ad and Survivor Story revenues from our November and December editions and donate it to local nonprofits that will be helping businesses in our distribution area, which includes Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers and Cape Coral, get back on their feet.
We will publish the Survivor Story names (unless you request to remain anonymous) by amount category. We will accept any amount starting at $100. The more sponsors we have, in addition to our loyal advertisers, the more stories we can include in this one-of-a-kind edition.
