As you may know, Southwest Florida Business Today has been publishing its “Commercial RE Market” for the past seven years. “Commercial RE Market” is a quarterly look at commercial real estate trends and topics in Southwest Florida. The October issue deadlines for editorial content 5 pm Wed. September 13 and ad space and proof deadline is 5 pm Fri. September 15. System-ready material is due by noon Mon. September 18.
Both free and paid marketing opportunities are available. Free editorial content includes guest column submissions and press releases.
Guest column guidelines are as follows. First, we’re looking for original material. Second, it must have a local angle and be educational in its approach, written for the business owner/operator. Third, we would like a 20-30 word “mini-bio” of the author and we will print that in addition to contact information. If you have a headshot photo we can use, that would also be appreciated. The average column is around 500 words.
Since this edition is our annual “Salute To Entrepreneurs,” you may share your entrepreneurial story, or your Hurricane Ian survival or success story instead of a “regular” guest column. The word limit for these is 300 words.
