Southwest Florida Business Today features entrepreneurs
Southwest Florida Business Today (SWFBT) is dedicating its October edition to the entrepreneur. Share your latest entrepreneurial successes and struggles, lessons lived and learned, 300-word limit. These can include your Ian survival and success stories since recovery is ongoing. There is no charge for these guest column submissions. They run on a space-available basis. Please email them to [email protected]. If by chance we are unable to run your submission in this issue we will do our best to run it in the November issue, which is our annual Anniversary edition, so your submission is also a good fit there.
Our readership is now more than 50,000 business owners and professionals online at our website and to our email audience, combined with our print edition distributed in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral.
SWFBT also offers business owners the opportunity to submit a guest column in every issue. General guest column guidelines for every issue are as follows. First, we’re looking for original material. Second, it must have a local angle, take an educational approach and be written for the business owner/operator. Third, we would like a 20-30 word “mini-bio” of the author, if it applies, and we will print that in addition to contact information. These are limited to 500 words. You may also submit a few photos (no web photos, please), and we will do our best to publish one.
Since you may write about yourself/your company in this (our October) issue, the mini bio can be about you or your company, depending on how the piece is written and what you prefer. If you have a headshot we can use, that would also be appreciated. Or again, because of this issue’s theme, other company photos are also welcome. Photos should be high resolution or a minimum of 200 dpi. The average entrepreneurial guest column submission for this issue should be around 300 words.
Send all editorial submissions to [email protected] by 5 pm Wednesday, September 11.
