Stevens Construction completes pain management clinic at the Bonita Health Center
Stevens Construction has completed an interior renovation for a new Lee Health pain management clinic at the Bonita Health Center, located at 3501 Health Center Blvd., Suite 2250 in Bonita Springs, announced Joseph Cimilluca, special projects division manager, Stevens Construction.
Stevens Construction’s special projects team provided a complete gut and remodel of 3,797 square feet of existing medical offices, transforming the space into the newest location for Lee Health’s pain management services. Situated on the second floor of the 100,836-square-foot Bonita Health Center, the building remained open during construction, requiring detailed coordination to ensure safety and minimize disruption to patients and staff.
Dedicated to helping patients regain control of their lives by reducing pain and restoring function, the new clinic includes six exam rooms, a lead-lined procedure room and recovery and support areas such as nurse stations, a laboratory, clean room, private offices and restrooms. The suite also features a reception and waiting area with a dedicated check-out space to enhance patient flow and convenience. The project was delivered in six months, as scheduled.
This is the 10th interior renovation completed by Stevens Construction within the Bonita Health Center, with additional outpatient facilities under construction as part of the Lee Health continuing services contract.
The Stevens Construction team included Special Projects Manager Theo Schimper, Special Projects Superintendent Rafael Garcia Maciel and Special Projects Administrator Kelly Escorcia. The project was designed by Plunkett Raysich Architects.
