Stevens Construction completes Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association
Stevens Construction has completed construction of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association (RPCRA) headquarters located at 5265 Summerlin Commons Blvd. in Fort Myers, announced Dan Adams, executive vice president/partner, Stevens Construction, Inc.
RPCRA is a 23,384-square-foot, two-story office designed to elevate member experience, accommodate the rapidly evolving Real Estate industry and provide ample space for professional development and networking opportunities.
The first floor includes the lobby, a multi-purpose room that can be divided into two rooms, seven offices, storage, a mother’s room, catering kitchen and a covered patio. The second floor houses 24 offices, multiple training and conference rooms, breakroom and the marketing department.
Stevens Construction provided nearly two years of preconstruction services, assisting RPCRA with design team selection, budgeting, scheduling and provided more than $1M in cost-savings suggestions during the design.
The Stevens Construction team includes Director of Preconstruction Nick Burkel, Senior Estimator Mike Isabella, Project Manager Jeff Faluade, Superintendent Rich McDonald and Project Administrator Morgan Thie. Studio A.D. is the architect of record.
