Stickboy announces Hemang Shrimanker as CTO

When it comes to telecommunications and e-commerce solutions, there’s no better person for the job than Hemang Shrimanker. After working for Infosys for 13 years, Shrimanker became a key player for the company to come to the U.S. and jumpstart telecom and e-commerce projects for big-name companies like Darden Restaurants, Big Lots, Chico’s and T-Mobile. Now, Shrimanker brings his in-depth knowledge and experience to the premiere software development firm Stickboy in Southwest Florida as chief technology officer.

“Hemang’s skill set and experience put Stickboy in a position where we are able to better serve our customers – especially those looking to work around software integration, smart automation and e-commerce platforms,” said Felix Lluberes, CEO of Stickboy.

Shrimanker was drawn to Stickboy’s way of innovative thinking and room for growth – both professionally and personally. He is beyond eager to bring his extensive expertise to the team.

“When it comes to big tech projects, at the end of the day it’s all about understanding what needs to be done and how it needs to be done. If your logic and processes are clear when it comes to answering these two questions, then you are set for success. With this mindset, I feel like I can contribute to Stickboy’s continued advancement,” Shrimanker said.

As part of the Stickboy leadership, Hemang contributes to the company’s vision by leading his team to successful projects and inspiring everyone to give their best performance. He says he doesn’t want to be a manager that says “Just do it,” and moves on. He is hands-on and mentors his team to think and perform beyond the business requirements.

“My goal is to work with the team and give them as much direction as possible so they are never questioning what they are doing. If they don’t understand how to do something, I want to work with them on really digging into that ‘how’ part so we can be successful in any project,” Shrimanker said.
