Stock Custom Homes adds new director of operations

NAPLES, Fla.  – Stock Custom Homes, Southwest Florida’s premier luxury home builder, announces the addition of Melanie Peck as its new Director of Operations.

Peck, a Naples native, joins Stock Development with over 16 years of experience in construction, bringing a diverse background in luxury residential, commercial, and healthcare. She graduated from the University of Florida in 2005 with a degree in Interior Design and completed the graduate program in Building Construction. She began her career in Orlando at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC. Peck later returned to Naples and continued her profession at Lutgert Construction, until joining Stock Development in April of 2022.

Peck holds a LEED Accredited Professional certification and additionally serves on the Management Committee for the Urban Land Institute of Southwest Florida.  

Peck oversees operations in the custom home building division of Stock Development under President Matt Sellick.
