Suffolk Completes Clubhouse at Moorings Park Grande Lake

Naples, FL –  Suffolk recently completed construction of the clubhouse at Moorings Park Grande Lake, Naples’ newest luxury Life Plan Community.

Moorings Park Grande Lake is a partnership between Moorings Park Communities and luxury custom homebuilder and developer London Bay Development Group. The architect is BSSW Architects.

“We are excited to continue our partnership with two valued clients, London Bay Development Group who is a premier luxury residential developer, and Moorings Park Communities, the leader in the senior living market,” said Josh Christensen, general manager of Suffolk’s Florida Gulf Coast region.

The clubhouse includes 223,053 square feet of resort-style amenities and residences. The first three floors feature an array of amenities while the top four floors have clubhouse residences.

Three new dining restaurants for members are now available including Zest, the poolside café and bistro; Savor 26, an upscale, yet casual eatery; and BlueStone, a fine-dining restaurant.

The clubhouse also features a top-of-the-line TrackMan golf simulator, a fitness center equipped with modern pneumatic machines and personal trainers, a salon and spa, a theater for movie nights and guest speakers, card room, art studio, a resort-style pool and spa with poolside cabanas, and The Center for Healthy Living.  Nearby is a yoga pavilion, dog park, bocce courts, walking paths, lakeside parklettes with boardwalks, gardens, fire pits, overlooks and several bird-watching posts.

Situated on 55 acres just five miles from 5th Avenue, Moorings Park Grande Lake combines spectacular amenities and exceptional healthcare. The community includes luxury residences with lake views overlooking Naples Grande Golf Course, along with stunning sunset views.
