Suffolk Selected for Island at West Bay Club

ESTERO, Fla. – Suffolk, one of the most innovative and successful builders and real estate enterprises in the country, has been selected for the construction of Island at West Bay.

The Island at West Bay Club is a 24-story, luxury condominium within the gated West Bay Club in Estero. Encompassing more than 330,000 square feet, The Island will include 86 corner residences with wraparound views and large terraces.
