Suffolk tops off Keybay with Lakeview soon to follow at Moorings Park Grande Lake
Naples, FL – Suffolk recently reached a construction milestone of KeyBay at Moorings Park Grande Lake, Naples’ newest luxury Life Plan Community. Lakeview will be reaching the same milestone in early October, and Monterey in December.
Suffolk celebrated the topping off of KeyBay which includes 22 residences featuring 10 Spring, 10 Cascade and two 7th floor penthouses. Soon to follow are Lakeview and Monterey, including a total of 22 Brook residences and one 7th floor Laguna penthouse in Monterey. Residences range in size from 2,776 square feet to 7,863 square feet.
Moorings Park Grande Lake is a partnership between Moorings Park Communities and luxury custom homebuilder and developer London Bay Development Group. The architect is BSSW Architects.
Situated on 55 acres just five miles from 5th Avenue, Moorings Park Grande Lake combines spectacular amenities and exceptional healthcare. Based on a preliminary study using the IMPLAN modeling, the project is estimated to have the following economic impact throughout the construction phase, which commenced in 2018 and will continue to the end of 2026:
• Construction impacts will be in excess of $549 million and will provide 4,798 jobs to the local economy
• At the time of full operations employment in 2025, the project will have a positive economic impact by creating 189 jobs and over $23 million annually in total economic impact
• Total impact fees from the project are $3 million
