Moorings Park Grande Lake Building E, currently under construction and managed by Suffolk, has been recognized as one of the safest projects in the company’s Florida Gulf Coast region. The recognition during National Construction Safety Week (May 4–8), highlights Suffolk’s ongoing commitment to fostering a strong and proactive safety culture across its jobsites.
The project team has achieved a 0.00 Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR), with the majority of team members reaching or nearing 100% completion on safety observations for fiscal year 2026 demonstrating a consistent focus on accountability and hazard prevention.
Located adjacent to an active, occupied Town Center and a private golf course, the nine-story independent living residential tower has required careful planning and coordination. Suffolk’s team has successfully managed complex logistics to maintain safety throughout construction.
