Suzanne Yorty joins AJS Realty as property management accountant

AJS Realty Group has hired Suzanne Yorty as a property management accountant to track revenue and expenses for each commercial and residential property managed by the firm.

Yorty’s responsibilities include maintaining detailed accounting records for accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as completing bank reconciliations and preparing month-end financial statements. She also maintains tenant and maintenance records, assists property managers when tenants move into or vacate properties, and levies charges and assessments.

Prior to joining AJS, Yorty was an accounts payable supervisor and staff accountant at an upscale beachfront resort in Naples for more than 22 years. Her career has included a variety of accounting positions in the hospitality and medical equipment industries.
