SWFBT CRE SPECIAL 2023 AD OFFER, DDL F 1/13

As you may know, SWFBT has been publishing its monthly “Commercial RE Update” for the past eight years. It is a snapshot of commercial real estate trends and topics in Southwest Florida. The next issue deadlines for editorial content 5pm Wed. Jan. 11 and ad space and proof 5pm Fri. Jan. 13. System ready material is due by noon Mon. Jan. 16.  
 
Both free and paid marketing opportunities are available. Free editorial content includes your guest column submissions and press releases. 

Guest column guidelines are as follows. First, we’re looking for original material. Second, it must have a local angle and be educational in its approach, written for the business owner/ operator. Third, we would like a 20-30 word “mini-bio” of the author, as it applies, and we will print that in addition to contact information. If you have a headshot photo we can use, that would also be appreciated. The average column is around 500 words.
