SWFBT’s Commercial RE Edition DISCOUNTS
Because of our 2022 experiences, this edition promises to be like no other, sharing your thoughts, insights and experiences regarding Southwest Florida commercial real estate. As you may know, Southwest Florida Business Today has been publishing its annual “Commercial RE Salute” for the past seven years. It is a comprehensive look at commercial real estate trends and topics in Southwest Florida. The issue deadlines for editorial content 5pm Wed. December 7 and ad space and proof 5pm Fri. December 9. System ready material is due by noon Mon. December 12.

Guest column guidelines are as follows. First, we’re looking for original material. Second, it must have a local angle and be educational in its approach, written for the business owner/ operator. Third, we would like a 20-30 word “mini-bio” of the author, as it applies, and we will print that in addition to contact information. If you have a headshot photo we can use, that would also be appreciated. The average column is around 500 words.
