“I’m absolutely thrilled to congratulate Tanner and Terrence on earning the Certificate in the Principles of Public Relations,” said Kara Winton, a public relations instructor in the Department of Communication and Philosophy at Florida Gulf Coast University. “Their dedication and involvement in the FGCU FPRA chapter, among other activities, have prepared them well for the challenges and opportunities of the public relations industry. Both have embodied the spirit and excellence of our program, and I am confident they will represent us well as they advance in their careers.”

Following their graduation from FGCU, Kelly has secured a PR position in Orlando and will be starting soon, while Wrighter has returned to his native Ohio, where he is commencing his job search, equipped with valuable credentials that will certainly aid him in his endeavors.

To qualify for the Certificate in Principles of Public Relations examination, students must be within six months of graduation (either before or after) from an accredited college or university, whose degree is in public relations or a related area of study.
