The 11th annual Reverse Trade Show was a resounding success in Naples, FL

NAPLES, FLORIDA, – The 11th annual Reverse Trade Show was held at the North Collier Regional Park Exhibit Hall on April 8th, 2023. The event was a huge success, with 17 agencies and 199 vendors in attendance. The event was hosted by the Gulf Coast Association of Government Purchasing Officers (GCAGPO) and Collier County Government Procurement Services Division.

The Reverse Trade Show is a unique event where government agents who work in the purchasing departments staff their booths with lots of information to share with vendors interested in selling to governmental agencies. The event provides a platform for vendors to move from booth to booth, visit the government agency staff members, make new contacts, and renew existing relationships.

The event was well-organized, and attendees were impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the exhibits. The government agents were knowledgeable and approachable, making it easy for vendors to learn about the procurement process and how to do business with the government.

“The 11th annual Reverse Trade Show was a resounding success,” said Sandra Herrera, Vice President of CAGPO. “We had a great turnout, and we’re pleased with the quality of the vendors who participated. We’re confident that this event will result in new business opportunities for both the vendors and the government agencies.”

The North Collier Regional Park Exhibit Hall was an ideal venue for the event, providing ample space for the booths and easy access for attendees. The location was convenient, with plenty of parking and nearby amenities.

Overall, the 11th annual Reverse Trade Show was a great success, and GCAGPO looks forward to hosting future events that will continue to promote business opportunities between vendors and government agencies.
