The Lykos Group announces new superintendent and project manager

The Lykos Group, a Naples-based design-build firm specializing in custom homes and remodeling, has added two veteran professionals to its growing construction team: Gregory Glavach as superintendent and Patrick Visser as project manager.

Glavach brings more than 40 years of construction experience to the superintendent role, including leadership positions with an award-winning Naples custom homebuilder, where he was named 2016 Employee of the Year. Known for his strong leadership and hands-on expertise, Glavach has a proven track record of completing high-end residential projects on time, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards. He is OSHA 10 certified and highly skilled in team coordination, project scheduling, permitting and code compliance. A proponent of sustainable building practices, Glavach was drawn to The Lykos Group for its recognized commitment to green construction, aligning with his own professional values.

Visser brings 28 years of construction and leadership experience, having served as a company owner, director of operations, superintendent and project manager. Before joining The Lykos Group, he managed the construction of luxury custom homes valued between $15 million and $30 million, overseeing permitting, inspections, contractor coordination and scheduling. He also has extensive experience in sales, design and operations. Visser’s commitment to quality, clear communication and client satisfaction make him a strong addition to the team and an asset in delivering high-end residential projects.
